Performance Measures

The Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (GPRA) provides a mandate to Federal agencies to measure and account for their performance. The results of the agency's performance are integrated into their strategic planning, program review, and budgeting systems. EDA's Performance measurement plans and reports highlight some of the agency's accomplishments and focused efforts. The performance results of the agency are reported annually in the Department of Commerce's Annual Performance Plan (APP) and the Department's Annual Program Performance Report (APPR).
