Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce

The Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will expand and scale the Enterprise Capital Alliance (ECA) program within the Tech Alliance to catalyze connections in and across corporate venture capital (CVC) to increase early-stage investment in Washington state-based startups. This EDA investment aims to remove barriers to CVC investment and build on an existing model to create a regional pipeline of global corporate investment in Washington entrepreneurs. The program will leverage regional market research, resources, programs, and networking events that support entrepreneurs and corporate venture capital entities alike. ECA will match technologies developed in the region with more targeted sources of enterprise capital. Ultimately, the ECA will serve as a portal for enterprises interested in Washington startups and help those startups more easily access investment and strategic partnership from national and international CVCs.
