RLF Reporting

The RLF Financial Report (Form ED-209) and ED-209 Portfolio Loan List is required for all RLF Recipients according to the revised RLF regulations that took effect on January 2, 2018.

The RLF Financial Report must be submitted to EDA via the Salesforce application “RLF Portal” that went live on June 28, 2021. The site can be accessed at https://edagrants.force.com/RLF/s/. Contact [email protected] with questions or for further assistance.

Other reporting requirements for RLF awards continue to be submitted to EDA as described by your RLF Administrator and in the RLF award conditions.

For reference, you are able to still download the previously used Form ED-209 and the associated ED-209 Portfolio Loan List files and work from your computer to prepare a draft report. The forms may not function as intended if you open the files and work within the web browser.
