University Lab Partners

This EDA investment will support the scaling of the current programming available through the University Lab Partners (ULP). The ULP Accelerator will enable the current 20,000-square-foot, community-access, wet/dry lab incubator to administer business and scientific accelerator support services for early-stage life science and medical technology companies in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County, California, region.

The ULP Accelerator program seeks to leverage and align the existing scientific infrastructure, partnerships with leading research universities, and private /public partners in the life science innovation network to provide life science technology companies proof-of-concept and commercialization assistance with a customized advisory program to accelerate scalable ventures while equitably and inclusively increasing access to early-stage capital for technology entrepreneurs through investor engagement.
