- $3,881,666.66 in nine Partnership Planning projects to support the development and implementation of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy process.

- $210,000 to the Central Pines Regional Council, Durham/Durham County, NC, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Central Pines Regional Council, which comprises the counties Chatham, Durham, Johnston, Moore, Lee, Orange, and Wake. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $1,050,000 to the Commonwealth of Kentucky – Department for Local Government, Franklin/Franklin County, KY, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Commonwealth of Kentucky – Department for Local Government, which comprises of all 120 counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $210,000 to the Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments, Gallup/McKinley County, NM, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Northwest New Mexico Council of Governments (MWNMCOG), which comprises the counties of Cibola, McKinley, and San Juan. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $210,000 to the Economic Development Council for the Peoria Area (dba Greater Peoria EDC), Peoria/Peoria County, IL, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council, which comprises the counties of Tazewell, Peoria, Woodford, Mason, and Logan. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $70,000 to the Region 1 Joint Planning Commission, Rockford/Winnebago County, IL, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Region 1 Joint Planning Commission, which comprises the counties of Boone, McHenry, and Winnebago. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $210,000 to the Headwaters Regional Development Commission, Bemidji/Beltrami County, MN, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Headwaters Regional Development Commission, which comprises the counties of Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, and Mahnomen. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.

The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $210,000 to the Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado, Inc., Durango/LaPlata County, CO, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado, which comprises the counties of Archuleta, Dolores, LaPlata, Montezuma, and San Juan. The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy.
- $210,000 to the Sonoma Mendocino Economic Development District, Santa Rosa/Sonoma County, CA, to support the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the region served by the Sonoma-Mendocino Economic Development District.
