WASHINGTON – Today, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $911,900 CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant to Illinois Central College, East Peoria, Illinois, to expand its workforce training facilities.

Raimondo announced that the Department’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $3 million CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant to Southwestern Intermediary Finance Team, Inc. (SWIFT), Weatherford, Oklahoma, to capitalize and administer a Revolving Loan Fund to support small businesses in 23 counties.
