This EDA grant, to be matched with $747,275 in local funds, is expected to create 50 jobs and generate $1.5 million in private investment.

This EDA grant is expected to create or retain 100 jobs.

This EDA grant, to be matched with $246,539 in local investment, is expected to create 495 jobs.

This EDA grant will be matched with $613,750 in state investment.

WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo announced that the Department’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $1 million CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant to the Kisatchie-Delta Regional Planning and Development District, Alexandria, Louisiana, to purchase, design, and renovate an existing building to create a new Resiliency Center that will support economic development in the region. This EDA grant, to be matched with $52,500 in local funds, is expected to retain 891 jobs.
