Once awarded, EDA recipients must comply with federal financial reporting and audit requirements. Generally, non-construction investments require two types of project progress reports: a periodic Project Progress Report and a SF-425, Federal Financial Report (FFR). Both reports must be submitted through EDGE.

  • Additional reporting requirements may apply based on program-specific award conditions. Always refer to your specific award documentation for any supplemental deadlines or requirements.

    • Project Progress Report (PPR)

      • There are two types of PPRs

        • The periodic project progress report

        • The final project progress report

      • The due dates and content needed to satisfy these requirements are generally established in the specific award conditions governing the award.

  • SF-425, Federal Financial Report (FFR)

    • Unless otherwise specified in a specific award condition, the FFR shall be submitted on a semi-annual basis for the periods ending March 31 and September 30, or any portion thereof.

    • The FFR is due every April 30 and October 31.

    • A final FFR shall be submitted no later than 120 calendar days after the period of performance end date, as specified in the specific award conditions.
