Reporting Requirements
Once awarded, EDA recipients must comply with federal financial reporting and audit requirements. Generally, non-construction investments require two types of project progress reports: a periodic Project Progress Report and a SF-425, Federal Financial Report (FFR). Both reports must be submitted through EDGE.
Additional reporting requirements may apply based on program-specific award conditions. Always refer to your specific award documentation for any supplemental deadlines or requirements.
Project Progress Report (PPR)
There are two types of PPRs
The periodic project progress report
The final project progress report
The due dates and content needed to satisfy these requirements are generally established in the specific award conditions governing the award.
SF-425, Federal Financial Report (FFR)
Unless otherwise specified in a specific award condition, the FFR shall be submitted on a semi-annual basis for the periods ending March 31 and September 30, or any portion thereof.
The FFR is due every April 30 and October 31.
A final FFR shall be submitted no later than 120 calendar days after the period of performance end date, as specified in the specific award conditions.
