The Center’s program will build on and expand its past work in entrepreneurship and workforce development by focusing on: 1) advancing high growth entrepreneurship (40% of anticipated effort), 2) business expansion including small- and medium-sized and ethnically diverse enterprises (40%), and 3) developing a high-skilled regional workforce (20%). This focus will be carried out through five activities: 1) engaging key audiences; 2) conducting applied research; 3) providing technical assistance; 4) delivering educational presentations and facilitating community conversations; and 5) widely disseminating findings and results.
