NCGrowth’s mission is to help businesses create good jobs and to help communities create sustainable and equitable opportunities for their people. In partnership with other universities and community organizations, NCGrowth provides direct technical assistance to businesses, and relevant applied research to governments on economic development and job creation projects. Since 2012 NCGrowth has worked in over 30 unique communities and has supported over 65 businesses in the rural parts of the state.
