The EDA-sponsored University Center program is designed to leverage university resources to support economic development strategies in the greater Rochester region and to provide entrepreneurial training in rural communities in the Finger Lakes. Members of the University community can apply for modest grant funding and receive training to support a project focused on urban and/or rural growth in the local community.
