Funds the Tennessee Center for Rural Innovation to address the disparity between urban and rural regions in Tennessee, specifically by spreading the message of innovation and entrepreneurshiping and the tools needed for rural residents to build their own businesses and explore creative options incorporating a variety of forms of technical assistance offered through TCRI to ultimately reduce poverty levels and increase prosperity throughout rural regions.
