EDA Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIE) Customer Experience Survey
Both programs are administered by EDA’s Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIE), an office that aims to empower communities so that entrepreneurs can launch companies, scale technologies, and create the jobs of tomorrow.
OIE hopes to better understand its stakeholders’ experiences so that it can consider ways to update both its programs and its procedures. That includes the application process, communications, and the overall experience of working with our office.
We encourage you to complete the 10-question survey if you are one of the following:
- Prospective applicant (even if you have never officially applied)
- Past applicant (even if you did not receive an award)
- Current applicant
- Current or past grantee
