Bid Documents Information & Checklists
- Prior to bid advertisement, the bid documents (plans and specifications) must be submitted and approved by the EDA Regional Office Project Engineer. It will expedite the EDA Regional Office Project Engineer’s review of the proposed bid package if the Architect/Engineer completes the Bid Documents Review Checklist, along with the documents listed below, and submits them in one package.
- Documents to Submit to EDA Prior to Advertisement
- Hard copies of bid documents (plans & specifications including technical specs, final drawings, summary of scheduled quantities).
