Project Site, Rights-Of-Way & Easements (Site Certificate)
- The document titled Certificate as to Project Site, Rights-of-Way, and Easements, or equivalent, is required for all EDA construction investments and should be submitted to the EDA Project Engineer along with the plans and specifications prior to bid advertisement. Further detailed instructions for filling out the Site Certificate are available below.
- The above-mentioned site certificate or equivalent document requires the EDA Project Engineer’s approval in addition to a legal review and approval by the EDA Legal Counsel.
- Part I to be completed by the Recipients’ Architect/Engineer and forwarded to the Recipients’ attorney to complete Part II, and forwarded to the Recipient’s authorized representative to complete Part III.
