Kelly currently leads EY’s efforts to deliver an exceptional experience to each of its 54,000 employees in North, Central, and South America, the Caribbean, and Israel. Kelly’s experience spans more than 22 years. After joining EY in 1991, she advanced through various promotions to Senior Manager. In 2000, Kelly moved overseas to serve as the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Coordinating Executive for a Fortune 50 client in Munich, Germany and, later, Zurich, Switzerland. Kelly returned to the US in 2004, two years after she was admitted to EY’s partnership. Since then, Kelly has acted as Coordinating Partner for several SEC registrant clients and as Senior Advisory Partner to some of the firm’s largest Chicago-based clients.
