POWER Workforce Development Resources

Up to $31 million in National Dislocated Worker Grants (DWG) is available to POWER applicants through the US Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration (ETA) to support the planning and implementation of workforce strategies for regions and communities that are negatively impacted by changes in the coal economy. The maximum possible award for any application is $5 million.
