Changes to RLF Reporting

Through the summer of 2021, EDA launched a new Salesforce application (“RLF Portal”) for Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) reporting that is accessible at https://edagrants.force.com/RLF/s/. Other reporting requirements for RLF awards shall be submitted to EDA as previously described by your RLF Administrator. EDA continues to provide training and support for RLF recipients preparing and submitting financial reports to promote successful adoption of the RLF Portal. The RLF Financial Report (Form ED-209) and ED-209 Portfolio Loan List is required for all RLF Recipients according to the revised RLF regulations that took effect on January 2, 2018.

RLF Financial Report must be submitted to EDA via the new RLF Portal that went live on June 28, 2021. The site accessible at https://edagrants.force.com/RLF/s/.

Throughout July and into August and September, EDA is providing dedicated training and support for the cohort of RLFs preparing and submitting financial reports for June 30, 2021. Ongoing support will be provided for RLF Recipients with future reporting periods.

For reference, you are able to download the previously used Form ED-209 and the associated ED-209 Portfolio Loan List files and work from your computer to prepare a draft report. The forms may not function as intended if you open the files and work within the web browser.

The ED-209 form is password protected. Please contact your RLF Administrator to obtain the password.
