The objective of the Cornell Center for Regional Economic Advancement / CREA AgTech Center will be to catalyze the AgTech startup ecosystem, spurring innovation and attracting companies deploying new technologies to address the top concerns in the regional agriculture economy. By bridging the gaps between inventors, manufacturers, workforce, and the end user agricultural community, we propose to make New York’s agriculture economy more resilient, develop critical infrastructure to support a growing AgTech startup cluster, and develop a diverse and interconnected AgTech innovation workforce.
